Sign India a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of creating and showcasing the project. The Client agrees to indemnify C.G. Sign India against any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from the use of materials provided by the Client.
4. Scope of Services
C.G. Sign India is a manufacturer of comprehensive signage solutions. Our core services are broadly categorized as Corporate & Industrial Signage, Functional & Safety Systems, and Custom Fabrication & Printing. A detailed list of specific services under these categories is available on our Website.
5. The Engagement Process (From Quotation to Completion)
5.1. Consultation and Quotation
Clients can request a no-obligation consultation and a free project estimate. Official quotations will detail the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing.
5.2. Design and Approval
For custom projects, we provide design mock-ups for Client approval. Manufacturing will not commence until we receive written confirmation (e.g., via email) that all details (spelling, dimensions, colors, layout) are correct. The Client is fully responsible for any errors in a design they have approved.
5.3. Payment Terms
We offer competitive pricing and flexible, easy modes of payment. Specific payment terms, including any required advance payment and the final balance, will be clearly stated in the official project quotation. All prices are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.4. Manufacturing
Upon design approval and receipt of the advance payment, we commence manufacturing in our state-of-the-art facility in Shirwal. We implement rigorous quality checks at every stage to ensure a flawless final product.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Installation Policy
6.1. Service Area
Our headquarters in Shirwal, Satara, places us at the epicenter of the Pune-Satara industrial hub. Our wide distribution network enables us to efficiently deliver and install projects across Maharashtra and throughout India.
6.2. Delivery Timeline
We are committed to timely delivery. Estimated delivery and installation timelines will be provided in the project quotation. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., transport strikes, natural disasters, client-side delays).
6.3. Shipping & Handling
Products are packaged securely to prevent damage. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be included in the project quotation. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Client upon delivery. The Client must inspect all goods upon receipt and report any visible damage to the delivery personnel and to us immediately.
6.4. Installation
For services requiring installation, the Client must ensure the site is safe, accessible, and ready for our technicians. Any special permissions, licenses, or site preparations required are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our team manages the entire complex process for high-level signage, including structural engineering and secure installation.
7. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Our business is built on providing custom-fabricated products tailored to each client's unique requirements.
7.1. Cancellation
An order can be cancelled only before the manufacturing process has begun. Once a design has been approved and the product enters production, the order cannot be cancelled, and the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
7.2. Returns
As our products are custom-made, they are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for products if the Client has changed their mind, made an error in the approved design, or ordered the wrong specifications.
7.3. Refunds
Refunds are not offered on custom-made products. The only exception is if we are unable to deliver the product as per the agreed-upon and approved specifications.
7.4. Manufacturing Defects or Damage
We are committed to delivering products with a "perfect finish" and "flawless execution". In the rare event a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect or is damaged by our team during installation, the Client must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt or installation. Our sole obligation will be to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. We are not liable for damage caused by the Client, third-party installers, improper use, or environmental factors after successful delivery and installation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1. General Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a final project quotation, C.G. Sign India provides its Website and Services on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
